Medical Info: Is hospitalized on a regular basis. Medical history includes complete memory loss due to brain damage, loss of his right arm (it was reattached), getting hit with ridiculous amounts of electricity, being in close proximity to a dust explosion, and getting hit by plasma. But otherwise a relatively healthy human being.

Physical traits: Thin build, spiky hair. He has no scars despite his constantly getting maimed because his doctor is just that good.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: I'd appreciate it if you didn't mention that he's fictional.
Abilities: Look here concerning his Imagine Breaker.
He's also a highly skilled street fighter, and can take on up to two normal human beings at once and still possibly manage to win. However, his skills can't match up to one who has practiced proper martial arts discipline. He hold amazing stamina and an incredible threshold for pain, able to keep a clear mind even when his arm has been cut off. He's a quick thinker, and can come up with some brilliant realizations on the fly.
He possesses a level of instinct bordering to precognition, also likened to a "Mind's Eye" ability. Basically, he is able to subconsciously gather all information within his surroundings, as well as concerning his opponent, and is able to calculate the best course of action based on what he's seen. Furthermore, he is hinted to sense slight changes in AIM/mana/telesma (basically small, unconscious levels of power emitted by psychics, magicians and Angels) and react automatically.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Nullified. Presumably thanks to the Imagine Breaker's influence, telepathy doesn't work at all on Touma. Even if you tried to read his mind, you'd probably draw nothing but blanks. This also goes for trying to speak to him via telepathy. Inherently supernatural beings such as angels apparently subconsciously fear Touma's right hand, as it can nullify their existences with a single touch.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Touma exists to be abused. We can discuss bodyswaps.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: I don't think Touma's even remotely lucky enough for that, but if you want!
Maim/Murder/Death: Maiming is something he experiences on a weekly basis. Murder, on the other hand, we'll have to discuss.
