I am confused. So Jared recognized Jensen's name as someone that might address his class plus he is hoping for an internship at Kripke and Associates. And this never is touched on as a source of conflict? I kept waiting for this plot point to come up in the story.

Thank you dairygirl for bringing this up and thank you, unlovely_c for explaining your thought process. I really loved this story and the Jensen/Jared dynamics in this fake boyfriend set up, but that issue was indeed nagging at the back of my mind too, so I'm glad I found this in the comments:)

In my mind Jared didn't end up at K&A, not because of his lack of good grades or commitment but because of rules about relationships on the workfloor (and the additional power imbalance)
