(no subject)
It's weird. I came from an island a lot like this, but I don't ever remember there being snow there. I think the only reason I know what snow looks like is because of China and Christmas Town, which are two worlds that don't have any connection with my own. Here, it snows. I didn't think much of it in July at Christmas because this place is obviously magical, and I know that lots of people have snowy Christmases - Christmas Town was very snowy, anyway - but it never did snow on Christmas where I lived.
It's winter now, so in some places it's only natural that it snows, but even though it was getting colder I guess I just never expected it! It's a nice surprise, and maybe another form of magic on this island (at least I guess it's an island, but we never did get ALL the way around it). I'm not going to let it pass me by!
The onsen was warm and wonderful, but now I need to bundle up and go play outside. Who's with me?
