So. Lots of new no nu neu rave recently. Lots and lots. Well. No. Dance. Lots of dance recently. Our fluffy mascot is killing kids so we're soundtrackin' and it's all about hefty breaks of warbled bass and bleeps so slutty they'd suck your dad off for fun. It's a bit hit and miss but it's good. Still. All of that is by the by because we're nothing if not sweethearts and right now, floating our boat like there's not a drop to drink are Belle & Sebastian. We quite like Your Cover's Blown, which, in fairness, even for them - sacchrine young harlets that they are - gives it up on the first date. However, the real beating blood of everything is found somewhere in the core of Dress Up In You, the other song on The Life Pursuit that makes you think the twee-est band in all of Scotland may still save the world. It makes us want to suckle on the teet of all existence. Float away in it.
