oThe big city lights shine brightly as the sun sets, leaving the streets bright with streetlights and cars making their way slowly through traffic, quite unusual of a big city. But everyone here knows that New Sity City is the home of many a superpowered beings, and not all of them get along. The Order of Tyranny and the League of Heroes reside and constantly fight here, yet no matter how destructive they become or how many strange things happen here, people do not seem inclined to move out.
On the rooftops, some wait, others go about their day hoping that fighting will not occur, for they only just want to go out to dinner without their superhero beeper going off but alas it will not be. It seems that the mastermind behind one side has other plans...
