166 started and weekend
166 gained a little more but just started last night to so could be that. So Sticking to one meal a day and that will be dinner because most people here eat with each other and they go out a lot I am hoping A and her kids go to Ohio this weekend yes leaves one more person here but I can restrict better and may be able to fast this weekend without being found out
