blah and more blah
last time I weighed my bmi was 30.2 better but still no where near where I was last year and hell of a lot higher to pisses me off I have no scale trying to convince someone to get me it for mothers day today trying being the word was suppose to start fasting what on the 10 have not yet. ate today so my plan fast starts at 1pm today for until how long I can go if its only for a day ok fine because I know I just need to build myself back up to 3 weeks again so I can get to my ultimate goal of a 4 week fast. so I have no scale no tape measure one will have to change real fast if I do measure I will do it once a week because unlike weight that wont change in a day . oh I went to by laxatives and family dollar decided to up the cost from $1.00 for 25 tabs to $2.75. which is bull shit because there 50 tab boxes cost the same so basically if I get one box im paying more per tab then if I was to get a bigger box. 0.11 for 1 tab out of 25 tab box but for a 50 tab box 0.055 well doing it by calculator so whatever. still makes harder to get because instead of needing 2 dollars I will need 3 when if they kept it the fucking same I could be getting 3 boxes
