Well, it's been a while.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone... hope everyone feels loved some way or another, since this is a time to feel appreciated.

It was Tim and my's 1 year and 9 month anniversary yesterday.  We celebrate it monthly just to make sure we make time to take each other out and appreciate one another at least once a month.  So I made him spaghetti yesterday.  I was also all gussied up just for him, hair done up, legs shaved (which is a feat in itself since they're so gosh darn long!), one of my dresses I hadn't worn yet, the whole nine yards.  Tim got me a yellow rose (like the first ones he ever gave me) and my favorite kind of Poptarts... since I'm his Pop-tart and he's my tootsie. And today, since it's Valentine's day, I get to do it again.  Which is great!  Since I still have three dresses and shoes and jewelry I haven't gotten a chance to wear yet... there's no real opportunities other than these days.  Anyways, feeling and giving the love... makes me feel all fuzzy inside.  But the absolute best is when Tim and I just cuddle on the couch under a blanket, with some hot cocoa, watching Ugly Betty or Desperate Housewives on the computer together.  (We like it better that way since it's the cheapos version of Tivo)  I wouldn't trade those moments for the world.

Other than that, I'm keeping sorta busy.  I am working with the Sled Dog Races this weekend --> total bragging story when I'm old.  Also, I am the Assistant Stage Manager for Cat on A Hot Tin Roof, cause let's face it, I love theatre but there aren't too many roles for a very tall red head.  Eh, that's ok.  I love directing, and missed it.  Also... semi looking for a summer job so I can afford rent in the summer... I'm really not looking for the classic part time job though, since I found such an awesome job at the Kennel and now know that there are jobs out there that I would actually enjoy doing.  It would be easier just to be done with school and move on to Chicago, since I know I'd find a job there I'd love.  In Marquette... not so many options.  Well, at least there's always the donating plasma if worse comes to worst.  Oh, and my parents have finally gotten over the cold shoulder/ evil tones they were giving me when I told them I was staying up here for the summer.  Well, you only live once.  And this is my last chance to be free and have a laid back summer before I try to find a full time job once I graduate.  It's good to know that they have accepted my decision and will continue to love me.

Well, I better wrap this up since I have class in a bit.  See, I was up until 6am studying for an exam that was at 10, and now I have an hour break and figured I should keep myself up instead of take a nap and undoubtedly skip my next class... which I already did this week, and missed a 25 point pop quiz! Yikes!  *Edit*... stayed up and everything and got there, and class was cancelled!  What are the chances!

:-\  Oh, and I've felt that some of my bestest friends are the hardest ones to reach!  Ahem, Amanda!
