etched in stone, the word "beautiful"

so.. my friends who were supposedly supposed to be going out w/ me for my bday at the bars have yet again forgotten or have backed out on me.  So typical.  I wasn't even looking forward to it, really, because I'd rather be hanging out with someone in particular.  But just the thought of them actually going through with it would have been nice.

So now I'm stuck here again,
All I want right now is to be able to look into someone's eyes..
