So, I had 2 interviews today. The first one went really well. I think the lady found my rambling spazziness endearing, and basically said she's looking for people who can make the job more fun and get people to work as a team. Hi, that's pretty much what I do. But, I don't know if I want to work in that environment again...it's monthly closing, which means late nights and weekends and having to work certain days of the month.
The second interview was...I can't say it was bad, but it was uncomfortable. The people interviewing me were straight up accountants, and not so much with the people skills. Very stuffy. I like what they do there, and I think working there would be cool, but I don't know how I'd work with them. They were all about being organized and detailed, which are not things I'm good at unless I really care about what I'm doing. Blargh.
SGA fans...has there been a story written where the team finds a planet where homosexuality is the norm instead of hetero? And the people there have figured out test tube babies, or maybe even how to grow kids in labs or something, and the Atlanteans are worried the Wraith will find the planet and figure out how to grow their own food? Cus, you know, that would be a good story.
