About the annual pass discount thing: They just put in a new computer system throughout the whole park within the last two months, and sometimes there are kinks in it and the annual pass discount doesn't work. I'm not sure how the computer's are set up in the shops, but at pass sales, where I am, we can give "guest recovery" of the same discount amount (10%). I usually use that anyway, becuase I expect that the annual discount won't be working ( ... )

yeah this was a few years ago (2003). I'll try to keep it in mind for next time though. Yeah I wouldn't flick off a cop either, I'm just saying that I doubt that if you did you'd get beaten and made to serve time.

Guest Services Right... not Human Resources as I said in my comment below...(unless you want a job?)

Hey doggykiss3, my girlfriend and I spending 5 days at USF/IOA this week... where do you work if you don't mind me asking?

I was mostly in Parades and Seasonal work as a stilt walker...

I'm in pass sales, aka one of the people in the booths. I usually work at IOA, but they send me over to USF occasionally.

What days are you staying for?

it really is common sense not to flick off the camera. the reason why it is questionable is because they put the photo on those screens for everyone to view. at disney world, they would not even attempt to let you have a photo like that.

i guess i can see your problem, but i don't find fault with universal really since i don't know what your attitude was like ?? and the flyers ride IS listed in the guide map as for children and their parents only. oh well.

not really, that's like saying that every single person in the whole world knows for a cold hard fact (not assuming) that you are not allowed to do that. There are no verbal or posted warnings about it, so it's not really common sense. The flyers thing was not listed at all at the time I went

the flyers ride rule has been posted since IOA opened because i complained about not being able to go on it.

it really is common sense not to flick off a camera, it's rude and offensive. the park has every reason to forbid the sale of a lude photograph.

When I was there I did not see anything posted in a guidemap or a sign, and if you look in the 2003 Fodors guide it says nothing about it only being a kids ride. I never said the park didn't have the right to sell it, my whole point was the did sell it, and then they were really rude to me about not giving me what I paid for. They have every right to not let people flick off the camera too, but if that's how they feel, they should include it in their warnings and possibly make an announcement too.

In addition to everyone else, perhaps The Hulk/IOA/USF don't want their logo asscoiated with the gesture you took in the picture... so basically, the don't want to run the risk of you publishing a lude picture with their logo on it.

Just a possibility. But I do see the real issue here.
