On April 20th I flew to Washington D.C. to attend the Malice Domestic convention. This is a mystery writers convention, I am not a writer, just a reader, but it was great I was given a bag of books when I registered. (How great is that)I attended panel discussions given by authors that I read. And I got to meet many authors that I read, so I have just started reading, a few I have been reading for years. I got autographs, Was told stories by Authors that were explaining the storyline of their books. It was Wonderful. My friends, Diane (from Virginia) and Leslie (from Boston) were there with me and we all had a great time. I guess you have to be a reader to get excited about something like this, but I loved it and can't wait for next year.
