feeling dandy
finally, some validation! last week, we were audited, that didnt go as well as planned. good to know that none of that had to do with me. this week, we had the microscope on our training. yes, admittedly, I was a bit scared. but we scored a 1690 out of 1700. the highest in the company in 25 years. considering the Cheesecake Factory has only had its doors open for 28, Im feeling pretty damn good about myself since I am in charge of all the training in the Birmingham store. anyhow, that went well.
