So this one goes out to a girl I've known since grade school, She seems mostly nice on the surface, but don't be fooled she is a manipulative, attention seeking, power playing horrible person. She was a bitch to me in gradeschool and never really grew out of it, I guess being cast out by her first group of friends damaged her somewhere deep down

In western mathematics when rounding it is general practice to round anything above up and anything below downwards, I know you've been out of school for a while but you should remember that much.
