yaaaa so i ran a 5 minute 35 second mile today. i'm impressed, you should be too. I'm still shooting for 5 and under. I'm pretty stoked to be back in simi for a day or so pretty soon as sad as that sounds. But empty rooms don't have pictures to talk to. It needs to snow i bought a new board and junk.
