I've got some awesome news.  A job opportunity that I've been really excited about has come through for me, and I'm working again!  Yes, it's computer work, but it's at a medical agency, the Provincial Health Services Authority.  I'll be helping sick and injured folks with support with their "applications systems" (I'm guessing assisting folks with their benefits, etc).  Sounds very fulfilling, and the pay isn't bad either.

Not only that, I get to choose my hours!
