Hopefully going on holiday
Well it's 4:15 am and I'm awake...
No I haven't just gotten up and yes I've now been awake for 22 hours (not my longest stretch by far, I've got another 20 hours before I beat that particular milestone).
Why am I doing this to myself... It's quite simple, I have to be at the airport by 6am for my 9am flight to Vienna.
That's assuming my flight even leaves, the ash cloud from the Chilean Volcano has just hit Australia for the second time and all domestic flights out of Sydney have been cancelled. Some airlines are flying internationally, hopefully mine is one of them and I'll be able to go on my holiday.
Athens, Rome, Florence, Salzberg and Vienna in 3 1/2 weeks.
