Is it really necessary for them to clap after everything Bush says?
I have to say though, watching Chenny in the background is pretty fun. . .he makes some interesting faces.
Unfortunately, I do not think I'm going to be able to watch the rest of this (I was supposed to for my Political Science Class) because I think it might kill me.
