insight
i went to a show tonight.
mostly to support my good buddies in hammerleaf and then to see another of my friends bands play... and then to hopefully enjoy some good hardcore.
hammerleaf is a good band... very good.
their show tonight was rough.

Vin had a cold and wasn't feeling too hot...
and they were playing to a hardcore crowd.
and when i say hardcore crowd i mean kids who won't listen to anything else.
it really pissed me off the way they mocked hammerleaf.
i mean just because bands music isn't what you like... at least have some decentcy(way spelled wrong) to respect the talent that a band has.
these kids had none.
and them being "hardcore" isn't an excuse cause i know plenty "hardcore" people who understand that hardcore isn't all thats out there.
there was this really awesome girl who tried to dance though...
oh man it was so painful.
i didn't think that anyone could be that bad and think they were so good.
but i saw it tonight with my own two eyes.
it was also so very weird to see homeschoolers out there... even if they sucked royally at dancing. still weird.
yeah so for future reference... there is good "christian" hardcore [in quotes cause the bands are all christians but not under labels and all that junk...much better that way] here in massachusetts but very many bad "dancers" if you can even call them dancers.
oh and i really enjoy good looking boys.
they are fun.
i miss seattle.
