Several people have emailed asking what's up with my relationship change on fb so I figured I better update here. Less than a year after I got rid of the asshole that donated his sperm for my kids, and only a few months after Jake was taken from me, I met a very sweet man who wanted a relationship with me. I wasn't even close to ready for that step and we drifted apart, completely losing touch with each other.
When dad and I were at the new building a couple weeks ago, Craig drove by then circled back and stopped to talk. We reconnected, and that 'spark' is still very strong. He treats me like he cherishes me, the whole family likes him, and he's understanding about what happened before.
There's only one cloud over the rainbow - he has heart disease. Bad enough that his daughter came back from Wyoming to look after him.
I'm taking it a day at a time and enjoying the time we can spend together. We agreed a few days ago to see each other exclusively to see where it goes between us.
