I really lost my cool today. It's been getting worse lately, and I managed not to target any one student, but I was yelling, and then I just gave up. God, I was so pissed. All I want to do is teach, and there is just no way to manage these kids. What am I supposed to do? I don't even know how to punish them. And write-ups are so insipid. I will have quite a few kids mad at me on Friday, but what the fuck ever. I'm done with this. Diev needs to find a replacement pronto.

Before people start really complaining.. And we may yet get there...
