Double Dragon
My pop/neo-soul band, Double Dragon, is playing at Town Lounge next week. It's my first show as a crooning devo with a live band. As many of you may know, I had the electro project HIV Wolves in 2004, wherein I yowled my buns off in front of a laptop. I find that to be a tired old medium these days, so I hired a large band to learn a few of my HIV Wolves songs, and a few more that I've written recently. All I can say is that the music is awesome, and the band is on fire.
We're playing at Towne Lounge this next Wednesday, October 4, with The Beauty and Frank. The show starts at 9, and we go on 2nd. Towne Lounge is located at 714 SW 20th Pl, which is one block south of Burnside across from Fred Meyer and near PGE Park. I hope to see you there!
