Priceline - help!
Has anyone used the "make your own price" - or whatever its called - feature on priceline? we're going to new orleans for my 30th in October and i thought i'd give it a try in order to save some cash. I dont understand how it works though. like, do i put some riduculously low number? and how soon do i hear back? and say we dont hear anything so i go ahead and book another hotel but then like, 2 days before we leave i get my bid accepted...is there a cut off date for how long you can leave your bid up there?
