Cloudy and cold on both my days off after a week of working through sunshine and warm weather seems to be the ticket this week :(
I think Awesome Coworker is going to quit her job, which will increase my job's lameness by ridiculous amounts. Mrr.
-----------
In other news, I will take fic prompts with or without series and character/pairing.

I apparently needed a 12.5 hour nap before feeling ready to generate prompts. I AM TEH WEAK.

He doesn't have to wait long for a reply to his text, which means his brother is in good spirits for once, despite his loathing of the festivities of the season. Sherlock's reply is not unexpected (there was a 65% chance), but the news brightens Mycroft's mood all the same.
"Sherlock and the Doctor are nearly here, mother," he tells the woman waiting in the doorway between the sitting room and the kitchen, and her eyebrows lift in surprise as her face splits into a smile.
"I'll go break out the good china, then," she says.
This is the first time, after all, that Sherlock has brought someone home to meet the family.
