(no subject)
I started school at MBC yesterday. It's not bad so far.. The teachers seem cool.. I have yet to meet my Faculty Advisor, but I know she's an advisor for SOULS, and basically setup the Safe Zone Program at MBC.. So I really can't wait to meet her on Thursday.. (That's when I have my orientation class). There are 3 girls from my Sociology class that are also in my Intermediate Composition class, which is right after Sociology.. lol.. There were also 2 PEG students. (Program for the Exceptionally Gifted, a.k.a. super geniuses only 15 years old or so..). There were 3 Japanese girls in that class too.. (MBC has a big Asian Studies Program).. There isn't anything fancy to say about Intermediate Composition, or Intro to Ethics for that matter... All my teachers seem pretty laid back. I did get my Student ID w/ picture yesterday from Charlotte. I let Leah borrow Buffy seasons 1 & 2 as well.. Today I had Western Civilization I, the teacher is English. ^_^ (heheh, accent..). Let's see, I have to go to Charter Day tomorrow, but that’s the only other mandatory thing I have to do for awhile I think (besides going to classes). Club Rush is next Tuesday... But hopefully I can talk to my faculty advisor about SOULS on Thursday...
