Today sucked balls.
My car has stopped working and had to be towed to Toyota for a third time in a month. This is very upsetting to me.
I took my dad's car to get to work and ended up with a speeding ticket...
I haven't been at work since Monday and the only notes I get from Jen are to fix her fuck-up with EOD and order her Special Orders.. OK
Jen doesn't know how to add/count and fucked up the EOD. I had to do a correction, which I have never done before, and she wanted me to try and order Moonstruck and some other Cher movie. I didn't even bother. They're for her, and we order movies on Mondays. She can wait till Monday because it's not like it will get here any sooner then NEXT Friday.
Had this Grandmother at telling me that she got a call last week saying that she left one dollar there.. And she wanted it back. I had no friggen clue what she was talking about but I went to go check if there was anything in the safe or for notes in the blue book. Nothing. So I came back and told her I couldn't find anything. She quips back saying I guess Blockbuster just likes to steal people's money..

I pulled a dollar out of my pocket and was like I'll gladly give you a dollar, but she wouldn't take it...
I answered a phone call in the office, and this guy wanted to know if we had adult videos. I told him no. We're a family store. And he kept asking me over and over... He asked to speak to the Manager.. I informed him that I AM the manager and then he wanted my name. Even though I always answer the phone saying "Thankyou for calling blockbuster in Staunton, this is Sara, how may I help you." He's like I want to file a complaint what's the 1-800 number. The only number I could find had a Richmond area code. I kept telling him we didn't carry any and he was like well were do i get some? And I told him I didn't know but I think there are some shops in H-Burg and C-Ville.
...Then he started asking if we have that Bruce Willis movie, Passions of the Christ..
I told him it wasn't out yet... So he asks we have any documentaries.. No, not really... Like what? And he says National Geographic, but starts describing Bestiality... I was like nooooooooooo............. And he got so mad at me. I was trying really hard to keep calm. I should have just hung up on the Bastard. Mark told me I should have given him Steve's #. (our DM).
She showed up half an hour early to work. ;_; She was huffy when I told her I didn't order the movies... I think she's finally starting to realize that no-one likes her. I called Mark at least 6 times today, and he actually apologized about the EOD.. heh.
and in a not so side note..
I'm annoyed about all these phone calls i have to keep making that are going no-where. ;_;
