Career Ability Placement Survey (Abilities)
Highest results in:
Mechanical Reasoning - Measures how well a person can understand mechanical principles and devices and the laws of physics.
Word Knowledge - Measures how well a persona can understand the meaning and precise use of words.
Perceptual Speed and Accuracy - Measures how well a person can perceive small detail rapidly and accurately within a mass of letters, numbers and symbols. (I would just like to point out that I had 5 minutes complete 150 problems and I missed 6. That makes me mad).
Manual Speed and Dexterity - Measures how well persons can make rapid and accurate movements with their hands.

Career Orientation Placement & Evaluation (Values)
My Top 3 are Conformity, Privacy and Orderliness (you have to keep in mind that I am a different person at work then I am at home.. Most of you can attest to this).

Investigative vs. Accepting - Value clear-cut activities in which they see the concrete results of their work and do not need to solve many complex problems
Practical vs. Carefree - Showing proper appreciation for one's personal belongings and appreciation of practical and efficient ways of doing things are major values. Such persons value activities in which they take good care of their property and work with things to make them more practical and efficient.
*Independence vs. Conformity - Value working under careful supervision where clear directions and regulations can be followed. They carefully follow the clearly accepted standard set of principles in the work place and prefer to depend on given plans and rules.
Leadership vs. Supportive - Value activities in which they can be a good follower and do not need to direct others or tell others what to do. (Yet, I am a Full-Time Assistant Manager at Blockbuster Video...)
*Orderliness vs. Flexibility - Orderliness and keeping things neat and in their proper place are major values. Such persons value activities in which they keep their things neat and tidy and do what they are expected to do.
*Recognition vs. Privacy - Value keeping their activities private and are not concerned with receiving honors or being considered a famous person. They prefer to work quietly either alone or with others and prefer to be unnoticed out of the spotlight. They may concentrate on what they do rather than the goal of becoming well known.
Aesthetic vs. Realistic - Value activities in which they do not rely on aesthetic sense and are not involved with appreciation of artistic qualities.
Social vs. Reserved - Value activities in which they spend time on their own projects and tend to their own affairs rather than helping or working with many others.
