Incubus concert, mainly for Aria.
So...I went to see Incubus two days ago (August 22)
and it was pretty eventful, ha
I was in the "pit" if that what you wanna call it, and during the opening act (Simon Dawe, they were okay, really nice) everything was good, I was pretty much 4 or 5 feet away from the stage, and all was good.
But of course, AS SOON as Incubus comes on, all hell breaks loose and everyone wants to the front.
Really terrible, because for some reason all Incubus' fans are really fucking tall, and assholes. I didn't think it would be bad like that at all, but it was pretty bad. There was this asian kid in front of me, and man I think I killed him, I could feel how squished he was. And of course I have assholes to my left who are trying to get in where I am, so I had to elbow and shove them out of my way, but seriously, I weigh like 95 pounds, I can't do much.
And my friend that I was with had to keep asking if I was okay, but I had this one guy to my right pretty much right on top of me, and I couldn't move. So I had to push myself out from there and ask the guys behind me to get me out. Shitty deal. I lost my shoe in the crowd, and had to go the rest of the concert (about an hour) without one shoe.
And then of course this chick in the bathroom laughed at me. Not good, and my friend lost her cellphone in the crowd. After the concert we found it....in like 5 pieces, haha.
But altogether Incubus was great, they were awesome.
Even though I went from being 5 feet away to about 30....it was a good time.
Atleast they played Dig and Wish you were here ♥, my two favourites.
