could i get measurements for this:

24" at its smallest around waits
48" at its biggest (it's got a hella elastic waist band.
30" from waist to bottom

it does have a small stain on it at the back but i'm sure it can be washed out. i didn't ever notice it until i was inspecting it for sale.
