Death of an Architect
Well, yesterday was my birthday so I am officially able to feel older than before. Not much to say about that, but I will say that I had loads of fun making this picture of Ariadne from Inception. I'm going to do a series of Arthur, Eames, Cobb and Ariadne in this style since I'm enjoying it so much, hopefully I won't get too distracted.
I also was e-mailed yesterday night by a curator for the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, Kunstbibliothek- apparently they would like to display one of my pieces in the Spring Exhibition, which is about the most awesome news I've gotten in a really long time. Basically some of my art is going to be in a real, genuine museum in BERLIN, Germany. Can't even tell you how psyched I am about that. I really wish I could go and see it, and I hope everything works out, there's a risk that it may fall through, but just the fact that they asked was enough to really make my (birth)day!
