The support rally for laramie project
that ive been working really hard towards
for the last 2 months
WENT AMAZINGLY
it wasnt anything to big, physically,
but the community and the feeling, it was huge
it was just a simple gathering of people who supported our school and our drama program
in doing this play
it was perfect
we had over a hundred people at one point, and almost everyone who came to see the play stopped by
henry and his beautiful words made everyone cry during the moment of silence for matthew shepard
it was a beautiful night and there was no negativity
it feels so good.
and tonight, when the hateful protesters are coming, its gunna be torential downpours
i cannot wait to see my sister in the play
if you see her anytime soon, congratulate
and thank her
it feels good to be part of something. and i really really really feel like we all helped relieve the stress for the actors
and thats what we were there for
