Watch and Learn

Whew, costume making like crazy today. I'm in the process of working on Eileen's outfit. I took off a ton of length from a halter dress and tried my hand at taking in the A-line skirt. Man, I do not have much sewing skill but I can finish off any stitch like a pro. I learned it from watching surgery so much. XD So far, it's looking alright. Lots to be done to it though. I also finished her shoes. Three coats of purple acyrilic and they're perfect. So, items left for the Eileen costume: chain belt, lipstick, med tape, and the stupid choker. (I say stupid because that's the first thing I should have been able to find.)

Mel's making me a Sokka moodtheme. I'm not obsessed with Avatar one bit. *shakes head firmly*

Mel, Allison, and I are hitting Knott's Scary Farm this year. I am oh-so very excited. Especially since those two haven't been yet.

I'm going to the CVS orientation in San Marcos tomorrow. Then, I start work on Tuesday.
