This hardly surprises me, my Lady. You are always very generous with everything that you do. May I ask what kinds of things you will be donating?

You give me too much credit, Cesare. But I have several blankets and warm clothes that can be donated. If you would like, anyone in need of a home is welcome to stay in the manor for the winter... yourself included, Cesare.

Oh- [No way. He somehow doubts she would approve of what he gets up to in his little room above the Church.]

That's very kind of you but I am pleased with where I am, it stays very warm in the Church.

But I will be sure and mention your generosity if I hear from anyone needing a warmer place to stay for the winter.

[Cesare, she'll kill you if she finds out you did anything with her daughter.]

You still owe me dinner.

I do, you're right. What would you like, and when are you available?

Anything is fine, Cesare. And I'm available now.

[What Cesare doesn't know- wait he probably wouldn't care. She LOOKS 18]

Perfect, I have yet to eat. Shall I come calling at your house in, say an hour?

[Which is why Serenity doesn't care about killing you :). Cause she looks so innocent.]

That sounds lovely, Cesare.

[When asked to become Wicked Lady's friend this isn't what she meant? 8D]

I will see you then.

[And only a couple minutes late after the hour, Cesare is stepping out of a taxi and making his way up the walkway to the doors of her large manor. He dusts some snow from his shoulders before knocking and taking a step back. The robes are just too impractical in bad weather they get dirty so fast, so Cesare is in his regular clothing for their little date.]

[No, it isn't.]

[Serenity answered the door, and smiled at the taller man. She was wearing her normal gown as the inside of the manor was comfortably warm and as always, welcoming.]

Cesare, always prompt, please, come in.

[But. She's hot.]

Thank you, my Lady. Your home is always inviting.

[He's careful to wipe his feet as he enters and immediately the warmth soaks in through his clothes giving him a smile to offer her.]

You look lovely.

[No excuses.]

I can only hope it remains that way for those I care for.

[A servant takes Cesare's coat with a smile and Serenity waits.]

I hope you're hungry?

I am ravenous, my Lady. [Cesare takes her hand and bows to kiss the knuckles lightly. He places her hand at the crook of his elbow and covers it with his own.]

Though I would have been happy to take you out instead. Maybe next time.

In such weather as this, I thought it better that we not travel too far. That you came at all is makes me very glad. Besides, I have something I wish to show you after we eat.

[She guides Cesare to the main dining room.] I hope you don't mind that it is just us? My wards are all out and about. Although Subaru told me he was helping you with donations! How wonderful.

How could I mind having you all to myself?

[Once they are there he lets go of her hand and, ever the gentleman under such circumstances, pulls her chair out for her before sitting himself.]

You have my curiosity piqued about what you could have to show me.
