[The Spanish-Italian man is draped in his bright red robes, gold cross settled perfectly and symmetrically along the many tiny buttons lined down the front and up to the tight neckline.]
A lack of proper Catholic representation has become alarmingly clear to me. I cannot believe in good Faith that His holy word has not some devout listeners even in this forsaken place. Regardless [Cesare waves one hand and settles more comfortably in the chair he's lounging on] this may not be my diocese nor many of you Catholic or even Christian, I take it upon my shoulders to bear the burden of your need of reinvigorated Faith in these trying times, in these most dire of circumstance, away from homes and families.
[A serious glance at the camera before looking, in an attempt at piety, downward. Yes this would be a grand opportunity to hear any secrets anyone would share with him.]
It brings me humility then to offer myself in such a capacity. I would even take Confession if you need unburden your soul before God.
[He looks back up at the camera and smiles thinly.]
And if I have not introduced myself yet, I am Cesare Borgia of the College of Cardinals of the most holy seat of Saint Peters in the Vatican of Rome, Italy.
