A lack of proper Catholic representation has become alarmingly clear to me. I cannot believe in good Faith that His holy word has not some devout listeners even in this forsaken place. Regardless [Cesare waves one hand and settles more comfortably in the chair he's lounging on] this may not be my diocese nor many of you Catholic or even Christian, I take it upon my shoulders to bear the burden of your need of reinvigorated Faith in these trying times, in these most dire of circumstance, away from homes and families.

It brings me humility then to offer myself in such a capacity. I would even take Confession if you need unburden your soul before God.
