lost. lost in a sea of self loathing. everyone seems to be moving on in life without me. im being left behind in life. maybe thats where i belong. behind life. beyond comprehension. the emotional pain i feel inside rises each day along with the physical. I feel like i have nowhere to turn

I know people who have gone through the same feelings. It's just the way life takes us. Its the journey which shows us who are friends really are and who will be gone at the end of it. I've been there myself and I know someone else who is currently going through it.

Just don't worry about it, the more you worry there is a risk that you're friends could get pushed away by this. All your friends love you and respect you but doesn't mean you'll lose contact with them.

thanx pingu you always know how to pu things into perspective. youve become really wise since u got pregnant lol. i was just feeling a bit down (as always) so i thought the best thing would be to get it all out and off my chest.seemed to work for a bit but not for long thou. but thanx pingu. you've always been there for me when ive needed you and i hope u know i will always be there for you too.

It's not really being wise, i've been there myself. I've learnt who to trust as my friend and who the friends are who were going to leave me alone. I know it's not a nice feeling but you have to be strong.

i wish i was a strong person but as you know im not that strong. ive had my trust broken too many times and its left me weak and vulnerable. i just dont know what to do sometimes.

what do u mean? do u mean dont i trust zara? of course i trust zara but it has taken time for me to grow to trust her thou like it has with you pingu. i love zara with all my heart and i always will but it has taken time for me to grow to trust her.

things are going ok at the moment. we are having a bit of a bumpy patch but we are getting through it. we dont seem to be spending much time together any more and we seem to be drifting apart :( but we have spoken about it and we are gonna try and sort things out :) we are gonna have a day out where its just us 2. hows things with u and ste? ah gotta go pingu i gotta be at work at 10 (even if i have broken my foot) i will be back again 2nite pingu.
