lost it

so i lost the pound and a half that I gained which means that I am back to 130 lbs. For breakfast, I polished off the last of the broccoli casserole, ate some prunes and had about 5 pieces of chocolate. No coffee today but I might have some tea b/c i am very drained. I don't think I'm going to the gym before work so I will have to go after work. I'll force myself.

lunch was:
a whole can of kidney beans
one whole wheat tortilla
low fat cheese
many pieces of chocolate kisses

I gained 2.5 pounds from eating a huge lunch. I think that is all I will eat for the rest of the day. If I get hungry, I can always have some prunes. (D'Oh. Dinner was 1.5 slices of pizza and chocolate. Going to the gym in half an hour...)

Even though I have a severe headache, I have to get to the gym today. Hopefully I will be able to burn 500 calories.

Tomorrow, I hope to wake up at 129.5 or less. We will see!
