G'day!
I know it's been a while since I've been able to update and I know all of you are just DYING to hear from me (pfft), so here I am.
It's, what, my 3rd day in Australia? Ladies and gentlemen, it is beautiful. The weather is beautiful (even when it's raining, which it's doing now..ish). The city is beautiful. The people are beautiful.
My flatmates are ridiculously great. It appears that Breanna, the one with whom I've had the most contact and who set up all this stalked me on the internet before I showed up. She found my blog (hi Breanna!).
Thus, the whole "coming out to the flatmates" thing was..well, it was kind of funny.
But that's for another time. I've got stories. OH do I have stories. Already! But I'm about to start work, so I'll have to get back to those some other time.
Just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that I am still alive (the thousands of deadly animals/insects/fish/etc haven't gotten me yet *knock on wood*). I'll hopefully be updating again later today after work, if I can sneak a bit of time to get the internet to myself.
