Life in general
My life has been pretty boring and monotonous lately. Nothing really thrilling has happened. I wish I had more to write about and that I led an exciting life, but, alas, I am fairly boring.
Last night I called my Nana (my dad's mom, FYI), because she has a phone in her hospital room. It was really good to talk to her, though she didn't sound very good. Her speech is somewhat slurred and she just sounds tired. She seemed happy to hear from me. My dad says that she's going deaf now, too. She told me that she is going for rehabilitation today, but things still don't look very good. But, she's here and she's a fighter so she still might be around for a while (I hope).
On the other hand, I got a Valentine's card from my Gram (my mom's mom) today and it's so cute. She always puts a lot of stickers on the envelope and writes cute little messages inside. I'm going to mail her a Hello Kitty one in exchange.
I'm looking forward to going home for five days next week. I'll be home from Sunday until Thursday. It will be nice to see my Hamilton friends, catch up on some reading and see my family. I'm also going to go to the dentist to get my tooth fixed. It hasn't been hurting as much lately, but I don't know if that has anything to do with the fact that I haven't been eating a lot because I have a bad cold.
I'm pretty hungry now, though, so I think I will go and get some food.
