woo!
the interview with Pratt went just as amazing as the FIT one. I got all A's, and an overall A on the porfolio. I didnt get to see his comments, but he loved everything in my portfolio, and he was discussing each peice. He said that he's gonna call this guy up to make sure they recieved all my transcripts and essays and shit, and once he does, I'm basically accepted. He said he really wants me to attend the school, but I said that its really expensive, and he said that he's gonna work with me, and try to push for scholarships and financial aid and shit. So yea. It went amazing. I was so proud of myself. I basically over whelmed myself, and passed out at like 9 pm... lol.
I thought about it long and hard, and I still think I wanna go to FIT. I mean.... If they can possibly cover the entire tuition to Pratt, i'd defifnitly go there, but thats most likely isnt gonna happen, cause my parents arent poor and arent divorced... sooo.... I wanna go to FIT and then transfer to Pratt for my bachelors. the AAS is bascially gonna be alot of required classes, like english and math and crap, and I'd rather do that all in FIT. so yea... and after the AAS it'll be real easy to just transfer straight to the Pratt graphic design BA.
*grin* im finally happy, but i will not be entirely relieved until I have those acceptance letters in my hand.
I'm working tomorrow at 8 am.... doing all the new merch. And then we have a meeting at 8 am on Sun, where rumors are, we might get a raise, or a holiday bonus of some sort, as well as more hours. =) and on monday I am going to my old afterschool program, where I'm probably gonna do my senoir volunteering (15 hours).
so everything is smooooooth as butter.....
