watersword giving me the exact pep talk I needed yesterday.
2. Spring weather. May it stick this time.
3. Getting permission to do something the right way instead of the fast way at work.
4. the self-discipline to actually do the things that will pull me out of dysthymia
5. there are parsnips and cheesecake sitting in the fridge at work waiting for me to eat them.
