I felt its heart but that is not right it cannot have a heart because hearts are what make us alive what make us feel except that hearts can break and so can watches. Absolutely fantastic. Quentin at Harvard at Christmas, full of his confusion and loyalty and love and fear for Caddy. I didn't write this story, but I wish I had. I want to roll around in it for a while and soak it up through my skin.

Oh, Quentin. So broken and baffled by Caddy, and her adventurousness. This is a lovely look at their relationship through Quentin's eyes. She says his name but I only hear QuentinQuentinQuentin. I imagine her smile and its just for me.
