i won first place in two categories over at paire_awards! it's funny to think that at the time of nominations, i only had one paire story written. and now i have, literally, a billion

Congratulations on your Perfect Paire Award wins, Mab :) You truly deserve them :)
Oh my goodness! I don't know how you managed to write so many drabbles in such a short period of time! But I'm glad you did *lol* And you even got in a Paire one :) That was really sweet of you, and I really wasn't expecting it at all :)
So my official request, the Nathan/Claire one, was so subtlely done! There's no real concrete evidence that there's anything untoward going on, but enough hints, like the second "Of course." And your depiction of Nathan's continual and casual lack of thought where Heidi is concerned is right on.
The fact that Nathan flies (I assume) over to see Claire at the Bennet home and taps on what must be her bedroom window while still flying (since I guess that she must have a 2nd-story room) is really an beautiful idea :) And that's a great visual of Nathan flying with Claire, feeling young again and speeding up.
The Peter/Claire one: So sad! *sobs* I'm used to angsty Paire fics, but this is a whole other kettle of fish. I've always thought that I wouldn't wish immortality on Paire because that would condemn them to outlive all of their loved ones, and your fic just perfectly reaffirmed this conviction.
I love how you have Claire retain a piece of her identity in the form of her no-longer-fashionable hair style. I can picture Peter and Claire staying forever young, looking exactly as we know them today while they are forced to watch their son move beyond them... It's a very mournful idea.
"he doesn't smile much but he's always polite" That describes Milo perfectly, doesn't it?
I guess if you're tired of writing Paire fic, this is one way to change things up! *lol*
(This drabble makes perfect sense, btw :))
The Sylar/Claire one: Oh, how I do not like this pairing. To be fair, I'm peremptorily against anyone who gets in Paire's way... However I love how your Paireness shone through with these words: "It's her annoying uncle. His still arms are wrapped around her shoulders, and his body covers her in a protective last embrace." No matter what Sylar may think :D
Thanks so much for all of the drabbles and for writing 2 drabbles in response to my request(s) :) *big hugs*
thank you joanna. you keep reviewing so kindly, and ill keep writing paire, okay? hehe.
yeah, i love the idea of claire flying with either her uncle or her father...which is why certain spoilers have bothered be greatly. hope i didnt spoil you on anything.
and yeah - that paire idea was kicking around for awhile, but i didnt want to write it bc it is very sad, but also happy in some ways. your parents never die! not sure if its a curse or not, but yeah, happy to get it out of my system with a little drabble.
haha. sylaire. its eating my soul. i think bc sylar is in every way the anti peter. its nice to get that POV across. and yeah, peripheral paire in sylaire is the way to go i think.
youre very welcome! i enjoyed writing them. thank you so much for always reading and reviewing.
I keep reviewing; you keep writing Paire... It's a deal! *lol*
Oh, don't worry; you didn't spoil me :) I am, unfortunately, all too aware of the spoilers in question, which have also bothered me greatly *sobs* I can only hope that the problem is only temporary.
