Everything about this fic is beautiful and fun and just great. I smile every time I read it, and I've read it a lot. It's adorable.
The Adventures of Ten, Rose, and Jack | Sanguine Ink | G - PG-13 | series, romance, Ten/Rose, AU
This series... It's just perfect. The dynamic between Ten, Rose, and Jack is just perfect, and the last fic in the series, Loop, is so perfectly timey-wimey that you'll go nuts.

THIS. FIC. It's the first of a series (the rest of which can be found on grigor's profile), and it's the absolute best Ten II fic I've yet to find. I am absolutely in love with this fic and the series. The Doctor in this story is just... absolutely perfect. It's a totally different take on Ten II. Usually you see him easily falling into his role, but here, it's so much different. It's darker and angstier and the h/c in this fic is breath taking. I honestly can't understand how anyone could not love this fic.
Wondrous Strange | endymionic | NC-17 | Rory/Eleven, I don't even know what else to put here
I don't know what is about this fic that I love so much. Maybe it's the flawless characterization, or the fact that this author manages to perfectly bring in the most crazy things and make them just work. Whatever it is, this is a great one.

One of my favorite Rory/Eleven fics. The whole plot is just wonderful, and something about the style just takes my breath away. I remember being amazed when I first read it, and for good reason. Continues to be one of my favorites.
★ Seventeen Things That Happen to Rory Williams, After | Scribe | PG-13 | Rory/Eleven, AU, character death
This particular fic is, as far as I'm concerned, the quintessential Rory/Eleven fic. If you ship it, if you even like the pairing just a little, you have to read this. It's only a oneshot, but it's filled with the stuff of wonder. The Rory in this fic is one of the best I've ever read, and his relationship with the Doctor is fantastic. This is the fic that made me ship it.
Harry Potter

Let's get one thing straight -- I don't ship Drarry. I never have, and I doubt I ever will. But for the sake of this fic, I do. It was recced to me by a friend, and when I read it, I couldn't get over it. It was just too perfect, and too wonderful, and too amazing. The whole concept is brilliant, and the author writes in a style that makes me so happy. Whether or not you ship Drarry, you will for this fic. Even if no other fic can make you ship it, this one will. Their relationship somehow manages to stay true to the books without making it completely hate!sex. Just read it. Trust me.

This fic never ceases to make me smile. The first part is my favorite. I love outsider POVs, and this fic gives perhaps the best outsider POV of USUK that I have ever seen. It's adorable and happy and it doesn't even need sex to do it. It's wonderful just the way it is.

I myself am not a golf fan, but come on, you know you can't resist USUK on a golf course. And it's just so damn cute. What are you waiting for? It's a oneshot, it won't take you that long. Now, go!

OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD. I don't think anyone understands how much I love this fic. They're classical musicians. They play classical music. Do you understand how amazing that is? I really hope so, because otherwise you will not be able to appreciate the utter genius that is this fic. Don't sit here, start reading! Now! It's perfect!

I admit I was abit put off at first by the changed names, but... Oh god. This fic is heartbreakingly beautiful. It's a totally different take on reincarnation!fic. It's dark, but sweet at the same time. It almost phyisically hurts to read it, because of how heartbreaking it is. Trust me, you will not regret reading this.

You know that one fic that you read that's so perfectly happy and amazing that you can't get over it, even what seems like months after you first read it? This is that fic. Arthur is the actual prince -- as in, the Prince of Wales. And he meets Merlin, and then everything's one big PR mess, and the graphics, oh god. They've got what are pretty much newspaper articles, ONTD... They've worked everything into this fic, and I will love it until the end of time.
Sherlock
★ The Republic of Heaven | Blind Author | NC-17 | John/Sherlock, His Dark Materials AU, WIP, really fucking long
I. Love. This. Fic. First off, I am a huge fan of AUs, particularly HDM because that series is so close to my heart. It's extremely hard to pull off an HDM crossover or AU, though, and so good ones are nearly impossible to find. However, Blind Author not only pulls it off, she rocks it. Not only the best Sherlock fic I've ever read, but also the best HDM AU I've ever read. I get really worried in HDM AUs that I'll disagree with the author's choice of a daemon for the characters, but in this case I think Blind Author made the perfect choice, and more importantly, I think she really captured the essence of what a daemon is -- showing the parts of a character that we may not see. For that reason, I love her, and this fic, and everything in this entire AU, right down to the little details. Definitely worth the read, even if it is a WIP.
♫ Performance In a Leading Role | madlorific | NC-17 | John/Sherlock, actors!AU, meta so meta it hurts (in a good way)
Okay, where the hell do I begin to describe this fic? It's flawless, that's all I really know. So the basic premise is this: John and Sherlock are actors. Sherlock's one of those snooty, artsy kind of actors, a pain in the ass to work with. John's in every romantic comedy ever. Then BAM, they get cast in the same movie, as the gay leads. And oh god does it get better from there. Pretty much all of Hollywood has a cameo, plus some (Ellen, guys, Ellen!). There's so much more I could say about this fic, but I'd like to actually rec some others. All you need to know is that the story is fantastic and the dialogue is fantastic, and oh god, it's just perfect. Go read it, now.
Supernatural
★300 Things | cautionzombies | NC-17 | Dean/Cas, AU, professor!Cas, Sammy is perfect
I know everyone ever has recced the hell out of this fic, but it has to be here. I am a hardcore Dean/Cas shipper, and if you ship it and like AUs, this is the perfect fic. I read this while I was still early on in Season 4, so I was looking for fics that wouldn't spoil too much for me, and so even though I didn't necessarily know all the characters, I knew enough to understand what was going on. As I've mentioned, I love AUs, and just... this fic. Dean is perfect, and Castiel is adorable, and Sam is the best little brother on the planet. Also, the relationship in and of itself is so freaking fantastic. It's a realistic relationship, which you don't see too often in fic. So that right there just makes me jump for joy. Besides all that, the whole thing is written perfectly. The absolutely necessary Dean/Cas fic. Trust me.
Sickness Soon Tires | amor_remanet | PG-13 | Dean/Cas, 2014!verse, eating disorder, drug abuse
I'm normally not a huge fan of 2014!verse fics, because it seems like no one can pull off Dean/Cas, and specifically Cas, the way I want them to. But here, it feels so right. Human!Cas with an eating disorder seems so right, and Chuck in this fic is adorable, and he works right. And Dean isn't the controlling freakazoid that you expect in 2014!verse fics. All of this is just so perfect. I love love love it.
Eskimo Kisses and Tickle Fights | thecouchcarrot | PG-13 | Dean/Cas, human!Cas, ridiculous amounts of fluff
Oh, how I love this fic. It's fairly short (just shy of 2000 words), but it does what I needed it to. It takes all of those typical cheesy fic tropes (SPOILER: like overly fluffy things such as Eskimo kisses and tickle fights), and flips them on end. You get so tired of trailing through fic after fic that is just full of horribly fluffy things that are just not Dean and Cas, and this is just... not that. Great pick-me-up.
Somewhere Back of the Sun 'Verse | enigmatic-blue | PG - NC-17 | Dean/Cas, season 5 AU, post-apocalyptic, kidfic
So. There’s Dean, and there’s Cas, and there’s kids, and there’s Sam, and there’s post-apocalyptic chaos and this is like, one of maybe four fics in the entire universe that can make all of that work. It’s AU because the apocalypse turns out WAYYY different than it did in the show, but it’s still beautiful and perfect and flawless. The kids are adorable and just… Agh. I can’t praise this fic enough. It’s ridiculously perfect. (You have to go alllll the way to the back of the tag for the first chapter of this one. I gave you the story tag so you can read the numerous sequels.)
♫ The Sky 'Verse | starandrea | PG-13 - NC-17 | Dean/Cas, AU, eventual Sam/Gabriel, eventual kidfic, some awesomeness that can't be included because spoilers
So the best part of this verse isn't the Dean/Cas, it's the thing that makes this verse AU. The problem is that if I include that, it'll ruin like, the first two stories in the series, and that would not be good. So trust me when I say that the AU is flawless, and oh god, you have no idea. I love this idea so much. I really wish I had been the one to come up with it.
