Hn. I'm... going to be in need of some things in due time so I would like to offer services to anyone who would need them. (And the brat's, since he never will and he needs a goddamned job.)
There are a number of abandoned buildings around the city and plenty of places that could be used to make this a somewhat better area. Because of the way logia works, Portgas and I are able to easily gut buildings while getting rid of any unwanted pests at the same time. I seem to remember someone talking about renovations at one point or another-- if you need help, you know where to find it.
