I do wonder just who is the righteous one in such a situation.

[... B|]

It figures you would.

Oh? No words in your defense?

[Has he ever mentioned how much he hates you?]

I don't see the need to justify myself to someone like you.

[Never directly. I think we'd rather enjoy that. :/b]

Ah, but have you ever had to justify your position to anyone else?

[Unfortunately, such a phrase is a tad too childish for Dominic to say. With that particular wording, at least.

Angrily:]

No, because most tend not to agree with world destruction either.

Perhaps, most people simply did not give the man the chance to justify his actions.

It can be surprising just how much sense one can make when a ear is lent.

Oh? And what possible justification could he have for trying to destroy all of humanity?

I wouldn't be so presumptuous as to think that I understand the minds of others. Thus, I suppose, at best, I can only guess at his motivations.

But allow me to pose this question: supposing that an individual were to wrong you greatly -- would it not be understandable if you came to hate such an individual?

So he decided to lash out at the entire world? I'm afraid I still don't see his actions as understandable.

Oh, but the young sir misunderstands. I was only speaking theoretically.

Perhaps this individual was wronged by the world.

[Silly Vincent, don't you know that you're talking to the guy who sacrificed himself to protect the world? And I almost called him Break there]

That still doesn't mean he has to murder everyone in it!

[Oh, Dominic. ;; And LOL. Ffft-]

He doesn't? How strange.

If, theoretically speaking, the world had wronged him in some fashion -- enough to elicit such a strong response, at any rate -- then surely it's inhabitants are the ones to blame.

And what about all the innocent people who died because of what he did!? You can't tell me that they deserved to die.

True innocence really is hard to find now-a-days. Has the young sir ever truly came across a person who had never done harm to others, regardless of intentions?

Perhaps not, but that doesn't mean everyone's done something deserving of death.
