Upon our investigation of the scene of Inoue Orihime's apparent murder, I regret to inform you that there was little to be observed in regards to anything that was not visibly present. Any residual traces of reiatsu were those of the shinigami that had likely done their own investigations, and of the body itself I was unable to see at all to make an assessment of the damage.
However, I feel I must make note of what might seem a minor detail. It was the same day Inoue was killed. You are likely aware of Nnoitra's previous encounter with the girl, not too long before. He seems to have recently gotten it into his head that he can do what he pleases, so I've been monitoring him when I can. I saw him that day, and although briefly, I felt that something was...off. Perhaps I should have looked into it then. Regardless, I felt it necessary to bring this up. It is no secret that the Quinta Espada and the Octava have been working closely together- they have done so before.
My suspicions may be unfounded, but I felt it should be brought to your attention.
