...There was some guy covered in rhinestones and frills and shit going through the trashcan outside this morning. 'Least it ain't a giant raccoon or whatever, but hell. I dunno where he went, though.

I have seen such a man several times. He seems not to favor the centers of crowds; perhaps this is why.

I have attempted to get closer to him, and I have had very limited success. However, I have found that he seems to enjoy singing with a closed mouth. [Sylvar... doesn't know there's a word for humming.]

There is another strange human who I have seen several times at a distance, but as he does not wear such an outfit as the singing man, he is less distinctive.

Strange in the sense that I have not seen him before, he appears and disappears, and I cannot sense him properly. Those are unusual.

Then how's he less distinctive? or just appearance-wise?

Yes. Though he seems to be large and imposing, he does not have such large hair or wear white, so he does not seem to stand out.

Despite the heat, he wears a long-sleeved shirt with a hood that is sometimes up, sometimes not. At times he has glareshades covering his eyes. His complexion is dark, but I have not yet attempted to approach him, so I do not know further details.
