It doesn't sound like Soul to be on a hair-trigger...oh, he's in a meeting with Spirit and Black Star.
(Tsubaki's nonreplies to Marie) That is very Tsubaki. Not like I've read a lot of fics focusing on Tsubaki, but that is very Tsubaki.
When I read the manga I didn't get the feeling that Soul's head got big from being Death Scythe. Oh hey, Marie just echoed my thoughts. Ooooh, is this Maka being jealous and blaming her irritation on something unrelated?

I thought it was just a one-sided crush...yes, it was just a one-sided crush, disturbingly so. Ninja-ed again. Tsubaki's return look is so Tsubaki.
I would think that Marie would have gotten used to career-oriented women by hanging around Azusa.

(Liz underestimating herself) YES. I think Liz really needs to hear that. Also, I like the way Azusa uses "Elizabeth". "Elizabeth Middlename Thompson!" would be funnier, except Azusa isn't scolding Liz.

My personal head!canon is that Marie will always and forever remain mystified about Azusa's lack of interest in getting married, while Azusa will continue to be frustrated by Marie's ridiculous romanticism.

Haha, that was actually based on Chapter 66 where Liz says that Azusa is idolized by gun-type Weapons. I thought it would be interesting to have her interact with someone she admired since she seems to be pretty indifferent about a lot of the other teachers.

She shuddered because she was annoyed at Shinigami-sama's lack of professionalism in organizing the sessions. I mean, really, how is anyone able to get anything done around here?
