[Day 1]
[Given the fact everyone in his household were already drones, he didn't notice a shift in their behavior. Although the children's enthusiasm for his efforts to completely deck his house out in preparation for Halloween was nothing short of a disappointment. But when he went out today to buy some more fake cobwebs to decorate his yard

[crashing sounds]
--FRICK. Those are huge ants! Looks like they're after more than just our picnics.
What's the situation over there?!

Do ya want me ta come over Al? I know there's quite a few people 'round my area that can take of the place without me. Might not be the same elsewhere though, and there's only so much one man can do on his own.

[BOOM]
You'll have to--
[KABOOOOSH]
GOTTA GO.

(When the line drops dead, Engie immediately slams the receiver back in its place and runs off to Goldberg Street.
After shooting a few more insects here and there with the shotgun, he manages to fight his way to Alfred's house. He sees the broken windows and fearing for the worst, shoulders the door and bursts into the house, shotgun cocked and ready for anything.)

But, a short distance away, he's trying to face one of those things head on using a pistol he's bought.
Yeah, that's working out real well.]

Git your pinchers offa him!!
(Thing about Engie? His aim pretty much sucks. So he misses quite a few times, but he manages to hit the mechanical bug at least once.)

Alfred jumps back to dodge debris and to escape another swipe at him]
Engie! Glad ya could make it!
[shoots a few more before dashing back]
So these things-- we just have to shoot them all down?!
Reply
(He pumps a few more bullets into the bug, hoping to stall and give Alfred some time to retreat back.)
Do ya know if anyone needs any help!? I can put up a dispenser if anyone's hurt!
Reply
No idea! Just trying to hold things down over here, at least get them away from the street!
[resumes shooting, gritting his teeth]
Shit, I think I'm running low on ammo.

Time to be the Support class that he is.)
Al! Ya seem a good shot; if ya can hold off them bugs for a few minutes, I can set up some sentries that can take'em down an' put up a dispenser ta help resupply us.
Here, take my shotgun. It's still got a few rounds inside'er, so it should last.

[Tosses his pistol aside to take the shotgun, immediately shooting at another bug, its leg creaking, teetering on just some wiring, before falling uselessly to the ground.]
Yes! [He will be doing his best to hold them off until those sentries are set up, making sure they don't disturb Engie's work.]

YEAH! That's showing them!
[He shoots down another one that got too close and just rolls back to relish in the destruction of these dastardly foes!]
Looks like Goldberg Street is protected! What's the sitch everywhere else?!
Reply
(Engie wipes the sweat off his brow. Really, first they had aliens, then a blob, and now giant insects? His heart won't be able to take all this excitement at the rate things were going.)
Y'all alright though Al?
Reply
Yeah! I think I'll be--thanks for the back-up. Man, you really saved me there.
When this is all over, I'm gonna stop by to take a look at those sentry guns you have. They kick ass!
