[The video feed cuts in on Alice sobbing softly. Her eyes are red, her cheeks are wet - she's been crying for a while. She opens her mouth and tries to speak, but the words stutter out before she can say anything coherent.]

[The video goes black. Alice reappears ten seconds later, marginally more composed but still

It's a lot to take in, I know. I'm a warden, so at least I knew I was coming here, but it still took some time to adjust and get used to things. Is there anything you need that I can help with?

It's a good idea. It might make you feel more comfortable. If you'd like company, I'd be happy to give you a tour?

It's... sometimes a little dangerous. There are a lot of different kinds of people here, but for the most part it's not too bad. But I'm not sure what you're used to, either--some people come here from much more dangerous environments and find it pretty calm most of the time.
